If you are having issues with your VPS, you can enable rescue mode by going over to Services -> Your VPS name -> Configuration -> Rescue Mode
Type a new temporary root password. This Password will only be used for the rescue mode session. Then click on Enable Rescue Mode.
Please note that it may take few minutes for rescue mode to successfully enable. Once enabled, you can then use the Built-in Console or SSH to your VPS public IP address with the username “root” and the password you typed in the previous step.
Once done troubleshooting, head back to the same page and click on Disable Rescue Mode to normally boot your VPS again.
If you have any issues with successfully booting your VPS, please don’t hesitate to contact support.
